AstroForYou School of Astrology

Effective Date: October 2025

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between the signatory at the end of this Agreement ("you", "your", "the Client", "the Student") and sole trader AstroForYou ("us," "we," "our", "AstroForYou"), and is effective as of the date of your signature. In consideration of the promises, and of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Deliverables

Signature access to the Reality Management Program
Access to all educational materials contained in AstroForYou Astrology School (https://www.skool.com/astroforyou-academy-9193)
Access to the six (6) module comprehensive astrology certification program:
- Module 1: Basic Course (2 months)
- Module 2: Astropsychology + Compatibility (2.5-3 months)
- Module 3: Reality Management (3 months)
- Module 4: Career Astrology (1.5 months)
- Module 5: Karma (1.5-2 months)
- Module 6: Forecast and Rectification (3 months)
Access to necessary astrological calculations on AstroForYou platform (astroforyou.org)
Access to our WhatsApp/Telegram group chat for students
Live and recorded training sessions throughout the program duration
Module assessments and examinations
Certificate of completion upon meeting all program requirements
24/7 access to community and all course content during your active enrollment period

Definitions

Commencement Date means the date on which you signed this Agreement.
Guarantee Date is calculated by adding 120 days to the Commencement Date.
Program Completion means successful completion of all six (6) modules, passing all module assessments, and attending a minimum of 85 training sessions.
Nominated Bank Account means a valid bank account provided by you to us in writing at the time of exercising the Guarantee.
Alumni Community means the separate community group for graduates who have completed their initial 365-day access period.

1. Representations & Warranties

1.1 You warrant to AstroForYou that this Agreement is voluntarily entered into, that the Student has been given the opportunity to obtain legal advice as to the nature, effect and extent of this Agreement, that this Agreement binds the Student and its representatives, successors and permitted assigns, the Student understands the legal significance and effect of executing this Agreement and AstroForYou is relying on these warranties.

1.2 In the event you are a company, the person engaging on your behalf by signing this Agreement irrevocably guarantees all terms, conditions, obligations and payments due pursuant to this Agreement.

1.3 For the avoidance of any doubt, a person authorised on your behalf will be taken to be any employee, agent or third party that purchases, engages with, and/or logs into our Program using the company's login information. You and your authorised representative irrevocably agree that you have voluntarily entered into this Agreement.

1.4 The decision to register for this Program is your own, is voluntary and you have not been pressured or coerced into making this decision. You acknowledge and agree that our materials and services are educational and supportive only and that no representations or warranties are made with respect to your results, future income, or ability to attract clients. You accept full responsibility for your results and how you choose to use the knowledge and skills gained from this Program.

2. Payment

Payment Terms

2.1 You agree to pay the purchase price for the Program as agreed upon during your initial consultation with our team. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

2.2 We accept payment in various currencies including AUD and other major international currencies, as well as cryptocurrency payments. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or blockchain transaction fees associated with your payment method.

2.3 Payment Options:

One-time payment in full at the time of enrollment; or
Payment plan with installment terms as agreed upon during your initial consultation with our team

2.4 If you select a payment plan, you authorise us to periodically debit your account for the agreed installment amounts. You are contractually obligated to make payments on time, without delay or excuse. Failure to settle your full payment to us if on a payment plan will result in:

Immediate suspension of Program access
Initiation of debt recovery procedures
Potential legal action to recover outstanding amounts
Forfeiture of any refund guarantee eligibility

2.5 Should your credit card expire, you will supply new payment details to us within 1 business day of expiry so we can process your scheduled payments. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at billing dates. Failed payments will be re-charged until successful, and you may incur additional processing fees.

2.6 You agree to cover any other fees, exchange rates, duties, taxes or any other disbursements or expenses required for your access to the Program. Non-payment by you does not cancel our agreement with you. You agree to pay all fees, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, associated with your failure to make any payment when due.

2.7 Access After Initial Period: Upon completion of your initial 365 days of access, all materials and course content will remain available to you for review and reference for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement. After 365 days, you will be transitioned to the AstroForYou Alumni Community. To retain full access to the Program and all deliverables after 365 days, you will need to make another one-time payment of $1,500 AUD (or equivalent in other accepted currencies) for a further 365 days of access.

3. Guarantee

Money-Back Guarantee

3.1 Subject to Clause 3(2), we guarantee that, on or before the Guarantee Date (120 days from Commencement Date), you will be ready to deliver compatibility astrological readings that you can charge for. If you meet all eligibility requirements and still cannot deliver such readings, you may exercise the Guarantee and receive a full refund of the Purchase Price.

3.2 Guarantee Eligibility Requirements:

You acknowledge and agree that you qualify for the Guarantee, and are entitled to exercise the Guarantee, if and only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

(a) No less than 120 days have elapsed from the Commencement Date
(b) No more than 30 days have elapsed from the Guarantee Date (refund must be requested within 30 days of the 120-day mark)
(c) You have not succeeded in completing and passing the Compatibility Course examination
(d) You have not breached any of these Terms and Conditions
(e) All payments have been made on time, without delay
(f) Module Completion Requirements:
- You have completed and watched in full Module 1: Basic Course
- You have completed and passed the Basic Course examination within 60 days of the Commencement Date
- You have completed and watched in full Module 2: Astropsychology + Compatibility Course
- You have completed and passed the Astropsychology + Compatibility examination within 120 days of the Commencement Date
(g) You have attended at least 20 training sessions (live or recorded) before the Guarantee Date
(h) You have actively participated in the Program community and sought help from instructors when needed
(i) You have completed all worksheets, assignments, and practical exercises provided in Modules 1 and 2

AstroForYou will provide ALL relevant worksheets, training materials, documentation, calculations access, and coaching required for the completion of these requirements.

3.3 Refund Verification Process:

In the event a refund is requested under the Guarantee, you will be required to provide:

(a) Access to your AstroForYou student dashboard and account to verify:
- Module completion status
- Training session attendance records
- Examination results
- Assignment submissions
(b) Completed worksheets and assignments from Modules 1 and 2
(c) Any additional documentation reasonably requested to verify your compliance with the Guarantee eligibility requirements

All information will be requested via a form to assess eligibility before funds are processed. If eligible, a video call may be required to process the refund. After 120 days from Commencement Date, a refund can be requested only once within the 30-day window specified above. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will not be able to re-request a refund.

3.4 Important Limitations:

You hereby acknowledge and agree that:

(a) All program sales are only refundable if they meet the above stated criteria
(b) You are not entitled to a refund in any other circumstances
(c) Upon receiving a refund, you immediately lose access to all course materials, platforms, communities, and any other Program deliverables
(d) You waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor or payment provider
(e) Attempting a charge-back without first seeking a refund through proper channels constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action

4. Certification Requirements

4.1 To receive a Certificate of Completion from AstroForYou School of Astrology, you must:

(a) Successfully complete all six (6) modules of the Program
(b) Pass the assessment examination at the end of each module
(c) Attend a minimum of 85 training sessions (live and/or recorded) throughout the program duration (13-15 months)
(d) Complete all assigned worksheets, practical exercises, and case studies
(e) Maintain good standing and not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions
(f) Have all payments fully settled with no outstanding amounts due

4.2 Certification does not guarantee employment, clients, income, or any specific results in your astrology practice. The Certificate represents completion of educational requirements only.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Program and all materials presented therein, including but not limited to course videos, worksheets, templates, calculation methods, proprietary techniques, written content, and other educational materials, are proprietary to and the exclusive property of AstroForYou and Anna Raight, or third parties that license such material to AstroForYou.

5.2 All applicable rights in all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, trade names, patents, and other intellectual property rights in or associated with the Program are and will remain with AstroForYou or its licensors. You shall have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the Program materials.

5.3 Restrictions on Use: You may not:

(a) Record, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials, videos, or content outside of the Program platform without express written permission
(b) Share your login credentials or allow any other person to access the Program using your account
(c) Use Program materials to create competing courses, training programs, or educational content
(d) Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Program materials
(e) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or proprietary markings on Program materials

5.4 Personal Use License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Program materials solely for your personal educational purposes and professional practice as an astrologer. This license does not permit you to teach others using our materials or to create derivative educational products.

5.5 Testimonials and Marketing: You understand and agree that:

(a) All communications, testimonials, case studies, and results shared within the Program may be recorded and used for promotional purposes
(b) You authorize us to use your name, voice, photos, video recordings, screenshots, testimonials, student work, and results in future promotional or other Program materials
(c) We may feature your success stories, astrological readings, or achievements in marketing materials, on our website, or on social media
(d) You may request to remain anonymous or to have your materials removed from promotional use by contacting us in writing, and we will honor such requests where reasonably practicable

6. Indemnity

You indemnify and hold harmless AstroForYou, Anna Raight, and our agents, employees, contractors, or appointed third parties against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including attorneys' fees and the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Agreement, relating to:

(a) Any claim of a third party arising out of or occurring in connection with your breach of this Agreement
(b) Your use or misuse of Program materials, services, or content
(c) Your professional practice of astrology and any services you provide to your own clients
(d) Any representations you make about your qualifications, the Program, or AstroForYou
(e) Your violation of any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

7. Use of Data

7.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we shall have the right to collect and analyze data and other information relating to the provision, use, and performance of various aspects of the Program, and we will be free (during and after the term hereof) to:

(a) Use such information and data to improve and enhance the Program and for other development, diagnostic, and corrective purposes in connection with the Program; and
(b) Disclose such data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with our business for any reason we see fit (within the maximum extent of the law)

8. Program Use

8.1 You agree that you will use the Program only in compliance with our standard published policies then in effect and all applicable laws and regulations. Although we have no obligation to monitor your use of the Program, we may do so at any time and without notification to you, and may prohibit any use of the Program that we believe may be (or alleged to be) in violation of these terms.

8.2 Account Sharing Prohibited: Members Site usernames and passwords must not be shared with any other person at any time. Account sharing constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8.3 Missed Sessions: Should you be unable to attend any live training sessions or events, replays will be made available where possible, but no compensation, refunds, or extensions will be provided for missed sessions.

8.4 Program Cancellation or Termination:

(a) We reserve the right to cancel the Program, remove you from the Program, or deny access at any time should you be taking adverse actions towards the Program, AstroForYou, our staff, other students, or violating this Agreement, in our sole discretion
(b) If Program cancellation or student removal is required by us, you shall have no claim (whether direct or indirect) against us for compensation, loss, damages and/or liability
(c) Full payment of the amounts due under this Agreement must be made regardless of any cancellation or removal, and you forfeit your right to any refunds whatsoever in cases of removal for breach of this Agreement

8.5 Service Availability: We shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Program in a manner which minimizes errors and interruptions. The Program may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by us or by third-party providers (such as Skool, hosting providers, or platform services), or because of other causes beyond our reasonable control, but we shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by email of any scheduled service disruption.

8.6 No Warranties: However, we do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Program. Except as expressly set forth in this section, the Program is provided "AS IS" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

8.7 Conduct Standards: You agree not to:

(a) Post any content on any website(s), social media accounts, or in the Program community that is or could reasonably be considered to be inappropriate, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or disparaging
(b) Engage in any conduct that would otherwise bring AstroForYou into disrepute
(c) Share confidential information about other students or their personal astrological data
(d) Use the Program to solicit students or clients away from AstroForYou for competing programs or services

9. Educational Nature and Limitations

9.1 Educational Service: AstroForYou School of Astrology provides educational services in the field of astrology. This Program is designed to teach astrological principles, techniques, and interpretative skills.

9.2 No Guarantees of Income or Clients:

We make absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

(a) Your ability to attract or retain clients for astrological services
(b) Your earning potential or income as a practicing astrologer
(c) The success of any astrology business you may establish
(d) Results you may achieve in your personal or professional life

9.3 Student Responsibility: Your success depends entirely on your own efforts, dedication, business acumen, marketing abilities, and the time you invest in both learning and practicing astrology. We provide education, tools, and knowledge; how you use them is your sole responsibility.

9.4 Results May Vary: Individual results will vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to individual effort, prior knowledge, time commitment, business skills, market conditions, and personal circumstances. Testimonials and examples shown are not typical results and do not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes.

10. Term

This Agreement extends for as long as you retain login access to the Program, and for a minimum period of 36 months from the date after which you no longer retain login access to the Program.

11. Variation

11.1 We may vary any terms of these Terms & Conditions at any time with written notice to you via email or announcement within the Program platform.

11.2 Continued use of the Program after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. You irrevocably agree to any reasonable changes made to our Terms & Conditions.

11.3 We are committed to the quality, consistency, and value of our services and reserve the right to alter the Program, including course materials, speakers, coaching staff, training schedules, platform providers, and any other variable in any way to provide the best possible experience and outcome for you.

12. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, AstroForYou, Anna Raight, and its officers, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and employees shall not be responsible or liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement or terms and conditions related thereto under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory:

12.1 For error or interruption of use or for loss or inaccuracy or corruption of data or cost of procurement of substitute goods, services, or technology or loss of business
12.2 For any indirect, exemplary, incidental, special, or consequential damages
12.3 For any matter beyond our reasonable control; or
12.4 For any amounts that, together with amounts associated with all other claims, exceed the fees paid by you to us for the Program under this Agreement in the 12 months prior to the act that gave rise to the liability, in each case, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages

13. Entire Agreement

In relation to the subject matter of this Agreement, this Agreement (together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral and written communications by or on behalf of any of the parties.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in force in the State of Queensland, Australia and the parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Queensland and any courts which may hear appeals from those Courts in respect of any proceedings in connection with this Agreement.

15. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Agreement Acknowledgment

I hereby agree with all terms of this Agreement, acknowledge that I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and authorize charges to my account for all payments due to AstroForYou, beginning the date I sign this Agreement.

By enrolling in our Program, accessing our website, using our services, or participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
